Assessment of eye health is as much an important part of every eye examination as checking your vision.

An eye examination will not only assess your vision and glasses prescription but also your eye health, checking for common eye conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration.

To test your vision at home, download and print the pdf vision chart.

You should test each eye separately using TV or driving glasses if any. The chart should be printed on A4 and placed 3 metres away.

This vision chart is to be used as part of an online/virtual eye consultation and using it does not constitute a normal eye examination.
